Eligibility Criteria

• Abstract submission is open to UG students, postgraduate students, PhD scholars, and practicing optometrists.
• At least one author must be registered for the conference to be eligible for abstract submission.

Abstract Guidelines

• Abstracts must be original and should not have been published or presented previously.
• The maximum word limit for the abstract is as specified in the submission portal.
• Abstracts must be submitted only through the online submission system.

Review and Presentation

• All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process.
• Accepted abstracts will be allocated for oral or poster presentation based on reviewer recommendations.
• The decision of the scientific committee will be final.

Note
Only authors with completed conference registration will be permitted to present their work at the conference.
